Help me solve this moral dilemma with Woot

So, I bought this from Woot:

$30 for TWO pillows.

One of the pillows arrived damaged, with the insides falling out.

I contact Woot, ask about a replacement or PARTIAL refund (for one pillow).

In a very canned reply they say they have no replacements, but offer me $6, or FULL refund if I send product back.

Again, I inquire about a PARTIAL refund instead of a FULL refund, because I am totally cool with just keeping one pillow and getting back $15.

Again, they ignore my question and send another canned reply, this time attaching a return label.

So now I don't know what to do.

  1. I could just send back the damaged pillow and see what happens, knowing that they will likely refund me the full amount--in which case I get a free pillow.

  2. I send back both pillows and get a refund, in which case, a lot of my time has been wasted and I don't have a pillow.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO!?
