Heavy Metal: Drunk Review
3Hello, fellow Meh-tizens!
My buddy made a video reviewing Heavy Metal, the animated movie that featured boobs and stuff. When I think of boobs and stuff, I think of Meh, so I thought I’d share this with you fine people.
He was varying degrees of drunk when he recorded this, but not when he edited it, so I think it’s watchable. I laughed at least a few times, and hopefully you will too!

Did not know the film. Gotta watch it now.
Think the review woulda been better if reviewer had actually been drunk for the shoot (all of it). Not sure which is best (drunk vs sober) for the edit tho.
@f00l I can assure you that he was drunk for nearly every moment you see him reviewing - except for the intro, the ending, and maybe two or three five-second insert scenes. Note his disclaimer that his editing may have juxtaposed his less-drunk self with his more-drunk self.

he does not seem even slightly drunk. just like he had a beer or three at most.
was a good review, he’s entertaining. but what is he like when he’s drunk?
I know Drunk. Drunk is a friend of mine. That’s not Drunk.
@f00l He had a few drinks before he started recording the review parts to get his buzz going. He maintained that by drinking the beers you see him guzzle during the review. I don’t remember the total number he had - maybe six that night? He’s a relatively thin guy so it doesn’t take much. I’m sure he could get more drunk, but he probably doesn’t want to damage his liver for the tens of views he’s getting.
I’ve noticed that when he’s drunk, he swears a little more than usual and is a little more animated with his hand gestures and emphases.

Drunk is a name for my inebriated alt-self when I am really seriously hanging out w alcohol in a big way. Drunk is a friend of mine. I don’t see much of Drunk these days, because I mostly hang with Boring. Sigh. Sometimes I really miss Drunk.
When I am with Drunk, to the point where people would call me by my inebriated alt-self-name, I am way stupider and more useless and more obnoxious than your bud. It would seriously not be a good thing for me to attempt intelligent conduct or attract attention.
Perhaps your bud has a high tolerance or just handles it well. I have known persons like that - but never mastered the art.
The review is a good one. Perhaps he should try to do one using hard alcohol, not beer, and act out his impaired state a bit more publicly. He could put this sort of test review up on another channel to check responses and see how ppl like it before going all-in on reputation-ruin.
Also would be interesting to see how one of his reviews processed with a seriously inebriated edit and final polish came out. Again, would recommend a private release on that, as a test.
I get the drunk part, what I don’t get is the green screen morph suit invisible man look…
