I ordered a bluetooth keyboard during year one. I received two. Actually, I think it was a 2 for Tuesday so I received 4. Customer service said to just keep the extras so I gifted them out. Thanks Meh, you rock!
I once got a camera when I ordered some crappy lanterns. I then got the lanterns. I continue to use one of those when the power is on, and the others when the power is off. I’ve paid for both. It was a mediocre time.
I ordered a travel mug that was damaged in transit. I contacted meh to see if they could replace it but they were sold out. So I asked for a poem instead. They did not disappoint!
nothing major, but within the first couple months of meh, on my first order, after the day zero Kickstarter backer shirt of course, i ordered some crappy Stanley branded insulated travel mug things, paid, got my order number,etc.
then noticed I had been charged shipping, and i’ve VMP’d ever since you could VMP.
Contacted Customer service, @Hollboll found/ fixed the error, and gave me back my VMP status within 24 hrs, and issued a refund for the shipping.
but that created another “issue”.
somehow in “granting” me VMP status, my Kickstarter K disappeared.
another reply to @Hollboll, and viola! My K returned, never to leave me again…
I bought two Hamilton Beach crockpots as mine had very recently busted. One was for myself, one for my sister. These were refurbished units. I opened up the first box, no issues, give it to my sister.
Open mine. It’s a cordless model. As in, missing the entire cord as cut off. Contact Meh, they respond quickly and put me in touch with Hamilton Beach.
I eventually did get another slow cooker, though I stumped Hamilton Beach for a day when they couldn’t figure out how to get proof I cut the cord off the appliance. Since you know, the issue was the cord being cut off.

The last time I did, it was asking for tracking info. Nothing super important, but a week is a little longer than usual.
