Today Jimmy Carter is 100 years old and thereby is the first ex- president to reach that age

And he certainly did well with the time

One reviewer of his presidency mentioned that Carter was perhaps the only president in recent history or in all of United States history to use the presidency as a steppingstone to serious further achievement

And he is clearly an honorable man, and I would imagine that the people who have him as a colleague or as a friend or very grateful for the connection
