It’s a quick, tasty, and easy way to get some nutrients. You can’t even taste the kale because of the sweetness in the fruit. Also, my smoothies are mostly purple from the frozen blueberries. Pro tip: use frozen, overripe bananas instead of ice.
Does a shamrock shake count as a green smoothie?
