Due to coworkers having different problems in an environment where there is usually only one person per shift, I will be working 10-10 today, tomorrow, and Monday.
Oh, what am I going to be doing - hopefully complete assembling a 3-D printer.

Tonight drop cats off at a friends and do birthday stuff, tomorrow drive 8ish hours to Houston, Monday apt and window shop at IKEA, Trader Joes and Whole Earth, Tuesday drive home.
got home from a double at 0730, slept til 1235, got up & chatted with SWMBO until 1415, took a shower and put on scrubs to return to work at 1445. Will be here til 2315… thankfully it’s been pretty peaceful today.

The last one I worked at was taken over by a big regional health system in 2017, and the one before that went bankrupt in 2012.
Now I’m on the NYS Civil Service list, hoping for an opening near enough for an easy commute, where I can get civil service bennies and retirement, hopefully to be able to manage to retire before I either wear-out or burn-out.

Woke up around 9 as well, the sleep was much needed! I have already been outside to cut the grass and trim back bushes for winter.
Now I am waiting to hear back from my friends to firm up plans for this evening.
At some point I need to go take a shower and get dressed…

Um, probably buying a car battery at Sam’s Club, then being lazy. I need to clean my bathroom and scoop Mr. Whisker’s litter box.
I cleaned the bathroom two days ago so I can relax today. I do need to clean the rest of the house but don’t feel like doing that today.
