GOG.com is having awesome sales right now
4Hello, just wanted to let you know that GOG.com is running their Bundleopolis event, which has rotating bundles every 6 hours.
They have tons of awesome games, both modern and classics (all of which are guaranteed to work on your computers).
From the announcement page:
Come one, come all! Walk the streets of GOG.com and take in the sights as we build a Bundleopolis of 20+ bundles from the ground up. Join us in a week-long tour where new landmarks, shaped as irresistible bundles, are going to be revealed every six hours with some of them containing fresh GOG-premieres.
Attend the opening ceremony and visit these locations for the first of many bundles:
- Academy of LucasArts, including classics like The Dig, Monkey Island SE 1 & 2 and Outlaws for up to 75% off.
- Bit.Trip Street, a complete collection of the rhythmic series making its GOG.com debut for up to 87% off.
- Nightmare Avenue, build your own bundle from a scary selection of games like Amnesia, Outlast, and The Last Door for up to 80% off.

Love GOG! I picked up a few more titles today.
@jaremelz Do your kids like any of the games on offer here? Super-cheap stuff that's really good.
@humper I think you play computer games, so I'm tagging you- if I'm wrong, you know who to blame.
@dashcloud thanks, I've no idea, this is new to them. I'll check it out!
With all of the recent goat threads, I seriously thought GOG meant "Game of Goats."
No gamer here, sorry. Ever see the 50's scifi movie "Gog?" Cool robots with flame throwers.
For those that don't know, GOG is like Steam except there is no DRM and you don't have to install an installer to download or play games. Just purchase a game, download & install it, and play. No always on internet connection required to play.
@hallmike I lurrv GOG (Great Old Games), especially the concept of no DRM. I've purchased all the old RPGs available; probably more than I can actually finish in my lifetime
