Goat Retirement
18Well Goat-Dog duty was A LOT. I took the pain and trouble for so many in December. Some blames were harder than others.
I spent my first day of retirement thinking about my friens and hoping I made their troubles just a little easier. I also enjoyed the unblames with the extra PB treats they rewarded. Although, friens, why didnt you make up MORE unblames. I needed ALL THE TREATS!!!
Well I am very tired and will go-to bed early tonight

@CharlieDoggo @MarkDaSpark @tinamarie1974 I’m always going to side with the furry member of a conversation when it comes to the question of whether they should receive more treats or not. (I also side with any kid in a similar conversation. This is part of the reason why I’m the “fun aunt”.

But for Charlie, no, he doesnt like to eat his actual food trying to sustain himself on treats alone. It is a battle with him
@CharlieDoggo @MarkDaSpark @tinamarie1974 I’ve had cats like that, who would happily subsist on treats and/or people food rather than their own food. I had a cat who walked across a hot stove to get to hot bacon grease. Still not sure how he managed to avoid burning his paws. If he weighed more than about 10 lbs he would have become a criminal, mugging people for any chicken or turkey in a three county radius. He was an awesome little furry weirdo and more food motivated than any doggo (even golden retrievers I’ve known).

Hey Charlie - your mom going to get you a doggie friend? Your bed looks big enough to share. Then your new doggie friend could become a goat too.

@Kidsandliz yes, I asked for an extra big bed so I could share with my Uncle Buddy. He is a really nice doggo and likes to come hang out with mom and me!!!
