Fun for Wine Afficionados

@KDemo Yes, but I’ve never had one that was any good. It’s hard to develop a wine palate when you are restricted to less than 1% of the menu. I’m not a drinker anyway, allergic to wine and don’t like the taste of beer, although I love the smell. I am perfectly happy with tea, soda and water, with the occasional cocktail at social events. MmmmmmMojito!

@moondrake There is a simple solution to what ails you: whiskey or other distilled alcohol. As long as it is distilled using equipment with copper in the vapor path, the sulfur compounds are removed.

@baqui63 Yes, I enjoy liquours and mixed drinks. I just don’t drink much. I don’t care for any kind of loss of control.

I apparently have the gene that increases my tolerance of alcohol, since it takes quite a bit of alcohol for me to feel it. This is probably a bad thing for my liver, tho a good one for my psyche.
