It will give that result if you try opening up through the Play Store app.

When I open it in Chrome in incognito mode, or in regular mode, but in a new tab so that it doesn’t open the Play Store, then it works.

They’re for (Google) Play Music.

You can download them to your phone/tablet/watch/Chromebook/laptop etc. for offline play, but that’s about it.

(Or, at least, all that I’ll publicly say.)
