Forums and polls for the people of meh...
1So we know there is a delicate balance between what is good enough to be offered on meh, what people want, what people will actually buy, what you can sell and what you can buy cheap enough to sell us that makes enough business sense to put up for our thrifty little fingers to snatch.
So, I would like to propose a poll. Maybe a poll of the week, month or quarter. Could be as specific as a pack of batteries or a speaker dock, but also as general as car stuff or shit for the kitchen. Some kind of opportunity that gives us the illusion that just maybe we can influence what kind of crap you feel like selling us in the coming weeks or months. Who knows, it may give you guys a one up on making that decision to buy the rest of the referb 2-for-Tuesday's small screens we sell to our buddy's for way too much so ultimately we will only be dropping a few bucks for the one tv we wanted out of the deal, over the vacuums that suck worse than the ex.
An insight into what your small clientele is willing to fork over those hard earned dollars for, along with giving the illusion that we get help skew what you sell us. Sounds like a win win... Who knows, that could be a section in the future newslettereryemailpostonfacebooktweet??

While I would most likely answer such a poll, as I have a poll answering addiction, I would be annoyed at this type of poll. The direct, "What type of crap will you give us money for" poll has been done, done, then done some more. Also, they are getting this exact information... by selling all that crap. They know that vacuums will sell ~xx units and tech crap will sell yy units. That's what the whole game is about. Well, that and making a profit while they do that.
@Thumperchick I have a poll compulsion, too, but I also don't want these polls. Too many people will crap all over the stuff I would likely buy - like the kate spade bags. And yet they sold out of those.
