I like to ski, x-c ski, dog sled, ice climb, ice skate, winter camp, snow shoe… I do not like to shovel snow. I do not like out houses in the winter. Having camped in sub zero temperatures and lived with no power in the winter (nor had running water, indoor plumbing…) I am amazed at what our ancestors managed to accomplish in similar circumstances. I do like running water, electricity, indoor plumbing, enough bright light, and heat that does not require thawing wood before you split it (and then dealing with chimney fires).
It’s Spring, and instead of doing lawn and garden stuff and maybe enjoying the sunshine, I’m shoveling the mess a snowplow made of my driveway.
Global Warming, I am so disappointed in you.

The mountains here are gonna get snowed on but we’re getting showers and 40s and 50s during the day. And the fruit treez are still killing me slowly.
I’m on Colorado, where everyone knows the real blizzards don’t happen until April.
