The very first thing to do before you even begin training is to get fitted for the proper running shoe.
There’s no reason to run farther than 10 miles at any given time. 10 is my max.
5 x half marathons, 13 full.
Shoes are so important, as “jillpittman” posts!
Depends on which halves.
First I crawled short distanced, then I stumbled a little further, then walked even further, shortly after running to get distance fast, and now I drive across country. I have no desire to devolve to running again.
