I can’t think of anything more annoying when I’m cooking than trying to use my kitchen scale, finding the battery is low and having to plug it into a charger. Why does everything have to be plugged into a charger now?
@narfcake@Szerlip1EA I have one that’s a similar style (different brand) that has both a USB-C charger AND can work with 2 AAA batteries. Best of both worlds, i guess!
@ircon96@narfcake@Szerlip1EA I’ve got a foot crank charger I’m tempted to take apart and plug every and kitchen appliance into; when I need to use the shelf lights, I can peddle away like this was a loom.

@Szerlip1EA Folks seem to have gotten even more annoyed to have to change AA or AAA batteries.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Szerlip1EA can’t you bypass the charger and plug it directly into the outlet?

No timer pass
Has anyone had one of these that wouldn’t charge? Mine won’t do anything
@grandmoo the first one I got and the replacement both won’t charge
