you can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, and saute it. There’s veggie kebabs, veggie Creole, veggie gumbo. Pan-fried, deep-fried, stir-fried
@rspruill4 There’s pineapple veggies, lemon veggies, coconut veggies, pepper veggies, veggie soup, veggie stew, veggie salad, veggies and potatoes, veggie burger, veggie sandwich. That- that’s about it.
I already doa pretty job since my wife does most of the cooking. The first suggestion, from ahacksaw, is a good way to prepare them.
Buy a vitamix, add 2 cups of spinach/kale, add 2 cups frozen mix berries, add about 2 cups almond milk. Drink everyday. EZ.
