Dum-Dums

Yes. It’s @matthew &Irk’s favorite snack! (Ok enough sarcasm!). I just found where you can vote on your favorite flavors and suggest new ones. I know meh is not my personal army… however. It makes me wonder. What are your favorite flavors and which ones do you want to see come to fruition?
Favorites:
Cream soda
Cherry cola
Root beer… I can’t remember many other flavors…

What I’d like to see:
Wasabi
Soy sauce
Green tea
Cheesecake
Chicken and waffles
Chicken and biscuits
Warm apple pie (cinnamon can make it taste “warm”)

What about you guys?

My whole family was terribly disappointed when we opened the first bag without ‘pink lemonade’ pops. Current favorites are ‘cream soda’ and ‘sour apple’. I really wanted to like ‘caramel apple’ , but its aftertaste killed it for me.

My one doctor has dum dums. They are always pretty disappointing. I remember them tasting better in the past.

I always picked out the root beer and cream sodas. The rest were there just to hide mine until I could get to them.

At work, I’ve finally switched to Halloween mode. So my candy dish is a jack-o-lantern trick-or-treat bucket full of dumdums.

Problem with new flavors is they have to taste good mixed with current flavors. They never shut the plant down to switch flavors. So when they switch they just dump the new flavor into the last of the old. The mixed flavors are wrapped up and called Mystery Flavor.

- @aristan it’s some ingenuity right there. Instead of having to throw away a bunch of candy that’s mixed and weird, just call it mystery flavor!

- @jqubed yep, there’s no real Mystery flavor that you can really guess. Just mixed flavors between flavor runs.

My favorite is Root Beer. Cream Soda is an acceptable alternative.
