@hems79 This really doesn't look that bad.. There have been a lot of mild drinks lately.. Maybe you're scared away from the time needed to attempt to stir?
While this will taste terrible, all you really need to do is create an emulsion (milk is already an oil-in-water emulsion) rather than waiting for anything to dissolve (it won't, unless your gin comes out of an ethanol plant). Stick blender, anyone?
What would the non alcoholic version be like, and what would that be with a peanut allergy? Can I just drink curdled milk?
