Does meh even have a support team?

I hit these people up 3 days ago after Fedex delivered 2 of my purchases to the wrong address. I just get an auto response that tells me the packages were delivered. well they were delivered to someone else on my dime. I contact Fedex, Fedex tells me to contact meh.com which results in absolutely nothing. so it looks like I will just have to stop wasting my $$$ here, and will have to dispute the charges on the 2 misdelivered shipments. has anyone here ever got a response from support that isn’t some ai generated bullshit?
