Do you decorate your reusable water bottle?
8I have finally committed and added some stickers I had been saving to my favorite Zojirushi water bottle. So far I have Irk, Top Ramen, Julien Solomita/Scramble, and Hoo-rag represented. I’d love to see how you all have decorated your water bottles.

I do not because my reusable bottles go in the dishwasher. I doubt any stickers would last long.
@RiotDemon Yeah, this one is hand wash only for me. I normally won’t buy hand wash ones but I love the Zojirushi brand and hand wash all my stuff from them. The rice cookers and electric skillets are especially great.
I do not because of the dishwasher, also mine came pre-stickered up.
At first I thought “That’s so dumb”
Then I remembered my Brita filter is covered in beer labels. Guilty as charged.
Got a zohirushi. Bought some nice stickers, moderately expensive. Laboured for hours on where to place each one. After completing my gaudy sticker bombed bottle, only a few days later I left some coffee about 1/3 full for a couple days and now the bottle permanently has a stale coffee scent. I’ve tried everything from vinegar to lactic acid. If you pour anything hot it will get the taste of that shit still, 3 years later. (I still cant stomach throwing it out)
So that is why I try not to get attached enough to put stickers on my bottles. I will inevitably forget something like coffee in it and ruin it, and be haunted by the memories of the desecration that I perpetrated against one of my few friends for years.
@florgenjorgen scrub down with a mix of baking soda and dish soap make into a thick paste. Then channel your science fair and add vinager let explosion occur. Then rinse with hot water. Will remove stale coffee taste
Drop a dishwasher tablet in (like a Finish tablet), pour in boiling water to fill it, let it soak for a few hours or even overnight. Rinse out. This restored my coffee stained thermal carafes to brand new, no scrubbing required at all!! @florgenjorgen cause I didn’t reply to the right thread.
The only thing covering my purple Contigo are all the dings and scratches from use.
