@ragingredd Kudos to the person at Oral B who not only convinced the company to market a toothbrush like this, but he had the cojones to label it “genius”.
@DrWorm The brush and app also provide time coaching to make sure you brush the recommended 2-minutes and include a pressure alert to protect your gums from over-brushing.
Its amazing I suckered my husband into buying it for me for Christmas last year
i technically do have an electric toothbrush as my mom gave me one for christmas last year but i’ve never used it.
so i bring a regular toothbrush…when i stay over at my parents a couple times a year. i definitely don’t ‘travel.’ although my partner and i did go on a nice weekend getaway (only about an hour away) this summer courtesy of his boss. in ten years that was the first time we went on vacation together!
Yes I take one when someone makes me go somewhere.
I don’t know why is is called electric, you don’t plug it up and use it. That water and electricity thing is a bitch!
I recharge my phone, don’t call it my electric phone.
Just call it what it is, rechargeable battery operated toothbrush.
I have one, they really clean your teeth better and it times your two minute brushing. Would not go back to manual…too lazy.
I actually have an Aldi battery-powered toothbrush that I keep in my toiletries bag, but I always forget to replace the batteries so I always wind up using it as a somewhat bulky powerless toothbrush whose brush I only remember to clean when I’m about to use it.
And a really, really long extension cord.
It’s easy when you have an Oral B genius 8000 it comes with a travel case USB battery charger that also charges your phone too!

I haven’t left my home state in over four years…
On the other hand, I heard some people in NYC live their whole lives without leaving it once.
I understand that Amy Farrah Fowler named hers “Gerard”.
A toothbrush is SSSOOOOO much easier to explain to Customs. You just can’t refer it it as Gerard, or Bob or…
