I bought one like this from Costco a few years back (can’t recall if it was Delta or not). Didn’t like it.
Not enough pressure on any of the settings, really. And this is coming from a house with no water pressure regulator, and me taking out the water reducer from the shower head itself. I returned it after a few months.
@haydesigner It seems like all showerheads are all that way now due to GPM restrictions. I have a really old Waterpik that actually has a throttle on it. At full blast it can almost knock me down.
@haydesigner@Joedetroit What annoys me most about the flow restrictors is the fact that many showerheads are designed in such a way that it’s difficult to either defeat the restrictor or take it out to descale it, and trying to unclog it without removing it often isn’t productive. Some hotels and motels pay absolutely no attention to maintenance on this item.
Can’t get over that first picture. I guess I’m very tired, but I’m thinking either metallic sunflower faces or those fighting machines from the War of the Worlds.
I think I spent about $30 for the bargain-basement shower-head-plus-handheld combo that we currently have. It requires rotating a knob on the side of the head to change from head to handheld to both, and the marking of the knob provides no help whatever in figuring out which direction is which. But that’s part of the reason it was cheap. I’ve had to descale it a couple of times, but it works well enough that I feel no pressing need to replace it. Not broke, don’t fix, even though it’s also not perfect. But I don’t need perfect, I just need a spray of water at an acceptable angle, level of dispersion, droplet size, and force. I’m getting that. I can put up with the confusing knob.
But if this deal had been an option when I was shopping for something like this, I’d probably have grabbed it.
I got a similar Delta showerhead at Lowe’s a few months back for about twice this price. It is very nice, you can adjust it from gentle rain to power spray (nice for hair washing.) So far it has stayed clean in our nasty hard water. My wife likes it a lot.
I’ve been thinking I would go back and get another one for the other bathroom, so meh you have inadvertantly played directly into my nefarious plan.
Heh, heh, heh…
I’ve had this for a couple of years now, and paid only slightly more than this at the time.
It’s a great showerhead, but it’s VERY susceptible to hard water build up in my experience. Clean regularly with CLR or something similar or be prepared for clogged nozzles that spray sideways or not at all.
Otherwise, I really enjoy the flexibility and the spray patterns are all you need.
@baus7 Perhaps you can answer this. From the pictures, it looks like it might be one with an adjustable tilt. Does it? IE - you can tilt the whole head itself down to point at your feet or up to point at the wall. This is an important feature in our house.
@baus7@Kyeh Also, I recently learned about using denture cleaner for this kind of thing and it’s fantastic. Ironically, it could probably dissolve a tooth.
@Bingo I have the 5-setting one from costco. It has a ball joint, so it can tilt up/down, left/right, etc. I’m not sure how far it can tilt (how far down can depend on how close it is to the wall; the handle will hit the wall at some point), but it can move, yeah.
I bought the 5-setting one from Amazon back on Jan 31, 2017 and it’s still awesome to this day. I paid around $88 for an Amazon Warehouse deal (Used-Very Good - item may come repackaged) and it was worth every penny. This is a great price on meh so I’m buying one for the other shower.
Meh must be sure never to exaggerating competitor’s prices because it undermines their credibility. This can be purchased on Amazon, at any given time, for $52 and at oftentimes less on sale.
@2good2go a little digging proves this true for the 4-spray. I don’t see any new 5-spray for less than $140. Some are over $300 unless your want it used.

I literally have one of these coming from Amazon today. I paid fifteen bucks more for it. Now I’m sad.
@fuzzmanmatt You could return it …

My reply makes less sense now that you have edited your comment. So be it.

Found the Costco item, for $85

So it’s more than 50% off a Costco price, which truthfully makes this a great deal.

@haydesigner it’s $10 more on Amazon

My wife’s in2ition is much better than mine, and it’s telling her not to buy it.

@baus7 Vinegar works great for shower heads - just detach the head part and soak it in a bowl for a while.

What is up with that background pic??
Mutant mouth
5-setting sold out
Yep, the fiver sold out way too quickly! (Too quickly for me to get one, which is what matters.)
Same here, although it is not exactly what my wife wants. Oh well…
I realized I could actually use some new shower heads. I’m in.
