Default Action On Expand (the DAOE)

Once I expand, don’t make me do it again in that TOPIC
If I comment, jump me back there (/follow #1 first)
Use cache and cookies and techy blah blah blah, so I don’t have to have an extension to jump me to where I left off in a TOPIC
