@Headly Yep, I'm well aware of the tour rumors. I've been a fan for 35 years. I lost track of shows but I've been to somewhere around 25. It would have been much higher if I had the money when I was younger. I also have a bunch of pics from the 2nd leg in 2013 at the show in Atlantic City. Check them out, towards the end are some great shots of Neil. https://www.mediafire.com/folder/sf6s516bd3y01/Rush_-_Clockwork_Angels_5-11-13 Here are a few of my favorites.
@Cinoclav it was a great show. i had front row center in phoenix. you can actually see me on the songs filmed in phoenix on the tour dvd. i was surprised as hell when michael handed me a pair of sticks during the second set. i guess neil liked my shirt.
@Headly Michael Mosbach? That particular show in AC I was 4th row, obvously stage right. I was wearing my 'Rash' shirt. :) My ultimate dream is to see them front row in Toronto.
@Headly Oh yeah... Though I just tried the VIP Nation page and it's not loading at work. It better not be blocked for some reason here! I'll actually be away skiing on the 30th when the regular tix go on sale, but they're never very good anyway.
@Headly You're insane. Lol I may decide to go to Newark too. It's sooo tempting to get those Toronto tickets but I don't think anyone would want to go with me!
@Headly Ugh... Just saw the prices for the VIP tickets. Holy hell, they're $408 for the Gold package. That sort of limits just how many shows I'd want to go to...
@Headly No, that does not suck at all. I just bought two VIP's for Philly. The last time I did VIP was the Atlantic City show with the pics above and they turned out to be 4th row. Praying for better this time, especially with these prices.
Dear meh, I think the free VMP giveaway has attracted the wrong kind of consumers. In my eyes, the level of camaraderie here has gone down and the sense of entitlement has gone up dramatically. I used to enjoy coming to the forums for some lighthearted fun and socializing. But since the VMP giveaway the number of threads demanding "where's my order?", or "change your business model to suit me" have exploded. The forum has changed from a community to a complaints department. I now find myself rolling my eyes and shaking my head when I come to the forums instead of smiling and wanting to join in. I'm sure you love the fact that the items are selling out more often, but I hope you don't feel the degradation of the community you worked so hard to cultivate is worth it. /2cents
@hallmike At the same time you can't ask about a order when you are given a wrong tracking number, or make suggestions and ideas ( not demanding mind you ) about the site without people bitching the other side of it.
@hallmike I think we will lose most of the complainers when the free VMP ends. They haven't a clue as to what this site is about. The good ones will stay. The complainers--good riddance.
@Outofmymind I don't think the forums are the right place to ask about orders when there is an order page, a support page http://meh.com/support, and an email help system.
@hallmike Since every item has it's own thread, and they respond to those threads with information when it becomes apparent a number of people had the same issue, I think the forums is the perfect place to ask such questions.
@Outofmymind I disagree because of all the other options and because CS does not monitor the forums as often as many would like. There are dedicated and discrete support systems in place so they should be used instead of shotgun blasting everyone's issues out in the open.
@hallmike Shotgun blasting? Hardly. I disagree with you, you disagree with me. That is the beauty of such. I reserve CS for broken things, billing issues and sending goat pictures. They have limited staff overworked as is. However when it comes to invalid tracking numbers, and a issue many are experiencing, the forums is the place to be for me. It won't break my heart that you don't agree with that, but I won't hate you for it either.
@hallmike - I agree 100% with your orig. post. In addition, some of the contributors that were here before have just become really mean - I don't see any need to be so harsh. All very negative, I'm extremely disappointed.
@hallmike I kept it since my first purchase, figured it was always well worth it. I have only spent $553 here to date however after shipping, profit margins, and broken mugs I figured Meh has been able to buy a Big Mac from me. Assuming it was on sale of course.
@Outofmymind The tracking # issue is definitely one worth keeping vocal about. At the very least, to let others know that it's an ongoing issue. I think some things are less forum worthy than others, but that's the beauty of the forums, we all get to bitch about what we wanna bitch about.
@curtise Holy crap, he looks young.
You don't want meh to please you?
@Headly You win for posting my favorite band.
@Cinoclav tour rumors for 2015... http://rushisaband.com/
@Cinoclav Here's some pics I got in 2012, including a pair of sitcks Neil gave me: http://s1152.photobucket.com/user/craig_jacobs5/library/Photobucket%20Desktop%20-%20Craigs%20MacBook/Rush%20Clockwork%20Angels%202012?sort=3&page=1

@Cinoclav thanks for sharing
@Headly Sure thing. Btw, getting sticks from Neil is amazing. Lucky you!
@Cinoclav it was a great show. i had front row center in phoenix. you can actually see me on the songs filmed in phoenix on the tour dvd. i was surprised as hell when michael handed me a pair of sticks during the second set. i guess neil liked my shirt.

@Cinoclav yep. ive had front row a few times. its always awesome.
@Headly Oh yeah... Though I just tried the VIP Nation page and it's not loading at work. It better not be blocked for some reason here! I'll actually be away skiing on the 30th when the regular tix go on sale, but they're never very good anyway.
@Cinoclav Yep. I'm gonna try for Las Vegas, Phoenix, Irvine and LA. Maybe St Louis and Omaha too...
@Headly You're insane. Lol I may decide to go to Newark too. It's sooo tempting to get those Toronto tickets but I don't think anyone would want to go with me!
@Cinoclav Well, the first 4 are all within easy driving distance. I have family that I need to visit in Omaha, and St Louis is... St Louis. Concerts in st louis are always better... https://www.dropbox.com/sh/jupfahyz5ceybw0/AAB9dUl10wdDm9438eBmWqLSa?dl=0

@Cinoclav Yeah. I'm only VIPing 1 or 2. But last time I did it I got the center 2 seats in the front row. And that does not suck.

@hallmike This has all been kinda fun to watch. Never got to witness a message board civil war til now.

Welcome to the Lord of The Flies ecommerce experiment. Who wants to be Piggy?
@Teripie NOT IT!
