While Chairman Pai seems to have made his decision to get rid of these rules before starting the proceedings in earnest, he has an obligation to keep an open mind in this process, and take seriously the comments from the public. I plan to hold him to that obligation—to make sure that the people who weigh in are heard, as they should be.
I wonder about the willingness of new FCC appointees and staff to have any sorts of open minds on this, regardless of their public posturings.
Nobody will fight. People, including you, will simply piss and moan and post to forums using angry, yet impotent, words. This is why Comcast, Verizon, and ATT&T will win and the American citizen will lose.

Anyone know the duration of the FCC comment period, and its end date? Was poking around for date. Didn’t find it yet.
Saw mention of 30 days and 60 days, but no hard dates.
