Few questions about customer support: What is the normal turnaround time for a response? Is it easier to just post your issue here? Do They take bribes in the form of baked goods?
If I could search through the innards of a thread and not just the topics, you would see a link to @snapster's comment about feeding devs cookies to get work done. But, I can't search that way, so NO LINK FOR YOU.
Typically you should always get a response within 24 hours (business). Usually we get to them pretty quickly during normal working hours. We are constantly monitoring both the forums and our emails for issues so feel free to post if you feel so inclined.
Bribes are always accepted. What are you offering?
I sent in a support request on day zero because the system would not allow me to add the VMP to my order. I was told I would hear back in 0-14 days and to see if this could be fixed and me being Mr. Impatient was hoping to hear by now. Want today's deal but don't want to pay additional shipping.
Gotcha, our process wasn't exactly ironed out at the time. Go ahead and purchase today's item and make sure to purchase the VMP membership when you do it. Then send in an email to us when you do it and I'll go in and refund the cost of shipping for your last purchase. Does that work for you?
Q: What if it’s broken/defective/I don’t want it? A: You want to handle things efficiently and so do we. Ideally you bite the bullet and are too lazy to contact us. If you insist, write us and we’ll debate you for awhile and occasionally even give in.
What this means in practice is this: If it's defective and within a factory warranty? They will advise you contact the manufacturer. If you hate it? That's the risk you took when you bought it. Damaged during shipping? Wrong item received? Other uncommon issue? - Write in to members@meh.com or use the support form.

Oh, I can always send a nice biscotti.

Sounds Great! Thanks!
Tried three different credit cards and none of them went through. Nowhere near the limit on any of them. This is not my day.
Do you mind emailing in to Support@meh.com? I'd like to take the conversation off the forums for your privacy.
Actually, these forums are advanced. If you type your CC# with brackets, it'll hide it automatically! [****-****-****-****] See!?

All I see is *******
Meh, I'm over it. Thanks though.
What all is on the table to get via baked bribery?
I sent a message yesterday and got a response in just a few minutes. It was during normal business hours and all, but I was pretty impressed.
Are there any returns? or is it buy it and take your chances?
