Dell Customer Service Greatness

I bought a computer from Dell (last week or so). Today, I see it quite a bit cheaper at Best Buy. Naturally, I call Dell to say wtf/return it as it is still shipping.

Without even seeing the link from Best Buy (I am not even sure it was the exact same computer so good thing it is their policy to not check, I found that odd), the specialist at Dell customer service offers to refund me some $ or to send out a shipping label to process the return on their dime. I take the refund and call it a day.

I see Dell get tons of online flak for their crap service. My experience could not have been more pleasant.

Note: this was with the member's line return service department. I have had miserable service from other parts of Dell land. Specifically their gift card code people.
