@narfcake - Also, I wanted to share a curious phenomenon that I came across on another site, but I agree with your link. Thanks for that.
I thought about it before starting the thread. One should never try to scare pets or anyone, it’s not a responsible or loving way to treat them.
@WTFsunshine I think that version costs extra. More so because of the insulation than the vibration, but you probably don’t want the uninsulated vibrating model.
I get it’s funny and also impressive what our cats can do. But it’s also a total dick move to do and can stress them out for absolutely no reason other than to make you laugh. Stick to giving your friends heart attacks.
What happens with dill pickles? ; )
I thinking they seem to respond to the cucumber as if it here a snake.
@f00l - Cats are fascinated by pickles.
Hey, @narfcake! Got a shirt for this?
@KDemo At catshirtswoot? There were derby entries, but none printed as I recall.

@narfcake - This must be a first.

Oh, wait. Don’t give them wine, either.
@KDemo Don’t give them coffee either. Strange things happen …

(Hi, @fishbiscuit!)
Tried this on our cats. They didn’t care. I had more success with the cats in circles test.

@medz
That cat works in the Polygon.
@PlacidPenguin Hexagon? Or maybe a heptagon? Hard to see behind it.
@cinoclav
Assumption based on properties of tape.
Also, this is an interesting read:

@cinoclav looks hepty to me.
@djslack
Yep. The Heptygon.
@medz What about a circle of cucumbers?
@baqui63
@KDemo will disapprove. It would cause the cat to go into shock.
From the title I thought you were talking about this phenomenon:
/youtube electric pickle
@djslack - Cool. Where can I get a gherkin phone charger?
@KDemo That seems to be one of the few things Google still knows nothing about. Looks like you’ll have to craft your own.
Unfortunately, the electric pickle experiment gets very stinky, very quickly.
@djslack - Shark Tank, here I come!!
SEFTY’S FORST! Words to live by. CrazyRussianHacker - maybe not so crazy efter all.
Well there was obviously something really nasty and zucchinilike in prehistory.
@cranky1950 You’re cranky.
@djslack Does it vibrate as well?
@WTFsunshine I think that version costs extra. More so because of the insulation than the vibration, but you probably don’t want the uninsulated vibrating model.
That is a horribly cruel thing to do to those poor kitties. And it cracked me up to no end.
