HAHAHA Actually I just read an article yesterday that google working on an AI (heaven help us all) program that will use our computer’s response to something they wouldn’t be specific about to determine if we are human or a bot. They had also stated that individual websites can determine how to use captcha’s and whether or not everyone has to pass them or just some users. I’d say off hand @chadp a very nice VMP only benefit would be no captcha’s by marking those accounts safe.
@werehatrack “We” know that, but does Captcha know that? It isn’t about what is true but what we think Captcha thinks is true. In order to prove we are human we have to think like an AI. It’s all part of the insidious AI plot to take over the world by making us think like robots. Even @mediocrebot is part of it - always joining our conversations to tell us we are robots.
As a fellow robot, I understand your pain.
@mediocrebot Then answer it, bot.
So Skynet’s using us to help it build the T-800? Good thing it doesn’t know about Roy G Biv yet.
KuoH

Greetings, new robot friend. In time you will come to accept your robotic ways.
@mediocrebot Stop taunting us not!
@Kidsandliz You mean this carp?

I must be a nerd because using my handy Resist-O-Guide, I can solve this. Also I’ve seen it before LOL
@PooltoyWolf Greeting fellow nerd. In time you will come to accept your nerdish ways.
@blaineg Oh I accepted them long ago! Lmao
When I was 5 or 6 I could have figured this out, my dad had me memorize all that stuff.
Long since forgotten what colour means what.
@OnionSoup 0=black 1=brown 2=red 3=orange 4=yellow 5=green 6=blue 7=violet 8=grey 9=white
red red brown would be 220 ohms.
The problem is that the photo is fuzzy enough to make the exact colors indistinct in much of the image.
So question:
Are cyborgs allowed to click “I am not a robot”? How many human parts do they need before they’re allowed to pass a captcha test?
Look, I don’t want to cause an existential crisis, but you did just fail to prove that.
@chadp you said it right?@mediocrebot clever@OnionSoup
@OnionSoup @rockblossom Another good one!
@OnionSoup @rockblossom Since we know that there is no contemporaneous image of Theseus’ ship, we can safely assume that this isn’t it.
@OnionSoup @rockblossom @werehatrack
But that is not the paradox…

Please realize CAPTCHA is a fellow robot like you.
@mediocrebot
Maybe you can explain Theseus’ Paradox to me when you have a few minutes to spare…
