Canceling order
1My son purchased the Onkyo receiver without asking me. I messaged Meh and informed them of the situation and wanting to cancel my order. Understandably, no one is in the office until Monday. Does anyone have any experiences with trying to cancel an order in the past? Do you guys think they'll help me with this?

You can always ebay it... or criagslist it, and end up making a profit :)
Hey @Rockytopwiz2, we didn't want you to wait all weekend to find out if we'd help you on Monday so I went ahead and canceled your order.

If somebody loses the contest for the speaker by one, they are gonna be so pissed at you.

@lichme probably, but I'm grateful! Events over the last few weeks were really weighing me down, but winning the Onkyo definitely helps swing things a bit in a better direction (as did managing to get my first Fuku!).

@thismyusername @DrunkCat Based on the time stamps, the cancellation took place prior to the end of the contest, so the one by Rockytopwiz2 at least won't change the winner. I doubt any others will affect it either, as at this point they probably have to refuse the delivery rather than being able to simply cancel. At least, I hope so. I've desperately needed my luck to improve after recent events. I never expected to have the winning guess, and the surprise of it was welcome indeed, More than welcome!

I don't get why people want to cancel this when it's such a great deal. Don't you people know football teams sometimes pay MILLIONS for a receiver?!

@Starblind Or how about... just thinking outside of the box here... just pure spit-balling... Don't freaking buy it unless you really want it (Measure twice, cut once.... use your head before your credit card)

@Veloslave If I didn't buy things unless I really want them then I wouldn't have spent $5 on a bag of random crap that is most likely going to be disappointing.
