Anodization does not make it nonstick. Note that the specs don’t say “PTFE-free”. That’s because the nonstick surface is, in fact, PTFE. While they also make cookware with nonstick ceramic coatings, those are proudly marked “PTFE and PFOA-free”, which these are not.
