Buyer Beware

MEH won’t provide any remedy when they sell you a defective product. I bought a blue tooth speaker from them-- I know, how stupid-- and it didn’t work. They made me go through the Manufacturer who wanted to send me a refurbished unit. When I asked for a replacement after shipping it back to them at my cost-- since I did BUY a new item and it never worked – they told me no. When I went back to MEH, they said they couldn’t help me unless I shipped the product back to them-- AT MY EXPENSE. I saved the whole conversation w both “customer service” departments–A case study in how to alienate potential customers. MEH sucks for real and not just in some ironic hipster bullshit way.
