Bubba lifetime warranty
38For all the people that come on here and complain about terrible service, allow me to share my Bubba experience:
Ten days ago at Mardi Gras I was acting like a jackass and flipped my Trikke doing a wheelie. My 20 ounce Bubba cup was slammed lid first onto the pavement and suffered a tragic fracture of the lid's flippy top, and got a sharp burr right where you drink from it. Totally my fault.
I remembered there was a lifetime warranty and followed the link from Meh's product details. Filled out a nice form with all my details, what did I have, etc. I instantly got an email asking for two pictures of the damaged item, and then shortly after sending those got a confirmation that my replacement would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks.
Today I had a package. In it was not just a lid, but a whole new cup in super sharp black. Kudos to Bubba, and to Meh. We need more Bubbas and fewer American Lightings.

That is awesome!
This makes me even happier about a previous purchase. Since I use them every day and they've gotten cosmetic damage.
Nice sharp black! Pretty!
Thanks for posting this, good to, know.
bubba is getting the right kind of press. Folks always remember the people that take care of them.
@funco49 one out of all these people really isn’t good press imo
Bubba be good.
I wish they would cover a lost cup. Last week, I was at work and set my 12 oz. Bubba Hero Grip on the roof of a car. Without me knowing, a man got in the car and drove away. The cup stayed on the roof until he reached the highway. Lucky for me, Meh sold the "defaced" cups the next day, but nothing can truly replace a Bubba in quality and durability.
@Willijs3 send Bubba a couple pics of an empty car roof. You never know until you try, right?
@Willijs3 don't set things on the roof of other people's cars, lesson learned
Can I do a warranty claim on the dented Bubba cup I received in my Fuku? My fuku was quite lame.
@boc it's because of your username
+1 for MIB reference
Same story-- broke the flip-top cap, wanted to order a replacement lid, got a replacement mug instead.
These Bubba mugs are amazing, keep things warm for many hours, and their customer service is incredible. The best part about my replacement mug is that it came in a copper color, which wasn't offered by Meh. ;-)
To be fair, Copco has pretty good customer support as well, and they sent me a replacement lid to a Copco To-Go reusable cup when one of the seals vanished.
On the contrary- my wife received a Teavanna mug as a Christmas gift, wondering about the longevity (and cost) of it, I googled it and found they are super expensive and customer support is terrible.
@caffeineguy The question is whether the Teavana customer service reviews are from before or after they were acquired by Starbucks.
@caffeineguy @djslack wish i had known this! We bought 2 then one the small nub on one side of the lid that clicks it in place broke (don’t remember how, nothing exciting like wheelies at Mardi Gras). We figured: meh, $6, trash it.
Tervis tumblers are big in the south. All the cool moms have them, and me too. I bought one half price because it said "Graduation 2014". It got some small cracks in it and they replaced it for me with a pretty flowery one with a lid. I did have to send it back though.
I wish I would have known this before I threw away my cracked lid. I keep trying to order a new one but they are alway out of stock
i have a broken lid, thnaks for the tip, now to find the warranty link
@DMlivezey that was easy:

@DMlivezey warranty replacement approved, thanks again for the tip @djslack!
My experience was the exact opposite. Mug broke at the handle, and they said that was "Normal Wear and Tear."
I tell everyone I can to avoid them, as their warranty is now useless.
@mastergPat Did you sign up just to share this on a long-dead thread? That must be some grudge you’re toting around.
@mastergPat i had bad cust sv from bubba for more than a year, but recently they sent me what i asked for, and another product just to say “sorry it took so long”
Meh.be worth another try

@jml326 that is Bubba Ray Dudley throwing his cousin spike into the crowd.
I wish I had that experience…I have two bubba travel mugs that also have damaged lids, I also received a quick reply requesting photos, which I sent, then a month or so later another message saying sorry for the delay but they had revamped their customer service and could I please send more photos of my mug along with multiple questions on the care and what I used them for…ok…I did that…they still do not reply no matter how many times I message them…this has been 3 months…no satisfaction here!..the sticker on the mug says “guaranteed for life”…it’s going to be the end of my life before they ever come good on their promise!
@Hollyzee Newell Brands don’t give a shit.
@cranky1950 certainly seems that way.
Hi, I have a 34 oz. I believe it is a travel mug. I dropped the lid and the lift tab in gray broke off. I love this mug for my coffee. However I have been trying everywhere for a replacement lid. Amazon, Walmart and a few other places are out of stock with no date of replacements. So where do I go to get another lid? Thanks
@suboo61 Try here maybe?
