I saw it available. I’m super excited. I’ve had company all week so I didn’t know if it was something we should do individually. We were too busy watching The Last Kingdom anyway.
Thanks for the tip. I just played through all the scenarios except two: what music to listen to (I chose Thompson Twins) and “kick him in the balls”. Though I suspect those don’t really affect any particular path. Lots of fun, but not something one can watch while doing something else because the choices pop up with regularity.
This is vaguely reminiscent of a laserdisk based arcade game from the early ‘80s titled Dragon’s Lair.
was just a place yesterday where you pay 5bucks for 30 minutes or 10 for all day and could play pacman, space invaders, joust, donkey kong and chunk of others unlimited. it was total nostalgia
@ruouttaurmind I vaguely remember the existence of Dragon’s Lair, but not well enough to know it was similar. I think it was right around the time that this was set, as well.
They weren’t playing when they said keep your remote in hand. I would get into the story and miss the prompts appearing from time to time.
My favorite non-choice was “Yeah”/“Fuck Yeah”.
It was neat how some of the trivial choices reappeared later in the show - the music did that as well as the breakfast choice.

@RiotDemon I watched with my wife and we did it collabo style. Until she fell asleep near the end.
I don’t think there’s harm in doing it with multiple viewers, though most won’t want to go back and try to make all the choices like I did.

@Cerridwyn Nostalgia like the 2015 San Bernardino slayings?
@therealjrn really? It was bad enough in the other thread.
@RiotDemon The other thread?
@therealjrn the Christmas card thread.
@RiotDemon What happened in that thread?
@therealjrn don’t play dumb. You posted the same photo they did.
@RiotDemon they? Who did that?
