@armchair I have a v1.1.1 and I'm impressed with the quality of the build and the smoothness of operation and flight, but I'm frustrated by the closed architecture and the expense of upgrading and adding features. For me, v1.1.1 feels like a dead-end product at the end of it's life cycle.
My Cheerson CX-20 and Quanum Nova both cost nearly a hundred dollars less and can do more out of the box than a V1.1.1.
My Walkera QR X350 Pro cost $250 (after discounts and rebates) and can do more out of the box. Plus... the Walkera has a blazing fast 150 feet to 0 altitude speed. LOL! Seriously though... the Walkera is twice as fast as the v1.1.1, 50% more payload, twice as nimble and sporty, has twice the flight time, and can be connected with Mission Planner for autonomous flight missions right out of the box.
The CX-20, Nova and the QR X350 Pro offer open architecture and off the shelf components making upgrades and repairs a breeze.
@ruouttaurmind I have the 1.1.1 too, but I'm not that interested in throwing money at a hacked together FPV system. I won't be happy with it unless it's as good as DJI's LightBridge. So I'll end up just getting the P3 Pro. This is sort of interesting just in case of spares, really. Although Drone Jousting could also be a thing.

I think my hacked together junk works pretty good.
@nltownsend843 mine too!
@garyhgaryh, @nltownsend843 For some of us, the hacking is half the fun!
