Cookie Dough Bites are my go-to. Sometimes I’ll have plain or peanut butter M&Ms if I’m also getting some popcorn. I love Junior Mints and SPK but I don’t usually get them at the movies.
@tweezak I actually stayed at a hotel next to the the NECCO Home office(was it also a factory?) in Boston. These barely flavored, chalky bits of sugar were never my thing, and I could never understand the appeal. Candy cigarettes had more flavor.
@TheDagda I think they might be why I like fruit flavored Tums now.
Useless fact: a long time ago I kept a big bottle of TUMS on my desk for anyone who wanted some. I put it next to a silicon wafer so that people would see the reflection: SMUT. Got more than a few laughs out of that.
@kshayabusa Yeah, I don’t go to the movie theater to stuff my face with treats.
(Actually, I don’t go at all anymore, since 1. They seem to have decided to raise the audio volume to painful levels and 2. IMHO, most movies these days are overpriced dung anyway.)
Hot Tamales or maybe even raisinets
Milk duds
Twizzlers

I’m dating myself but I usually got Necco Wafers. I didn’t really like them but it seemed like I was getting more for my money.

Pretzel or peanut butter M&Ms. Junior mints (and most other mint candies) are in fourth for me, right after popcorn.
