What I searched for was to confirm that each candle has a separate cord to plug in - it does, and that’s a lot of cords, taking up lots of outlets! (Or spaces on the power strip, but still.) Also, I found a larger picture, and the base looks pretty plastic to me.

I tried to find out whether the base is metal through a search. They’re on eBay, sold by sidedeal. I didn’t know that was a thing.
