Before and after
8I am getting my hair cut today. One way or another.
This will be done by the wife (who has done it before and does a good job), my 14 year old daughter (who has no experience), or it will be self inflicted).

I think I must add that the wife doesn’t want to cut my hair and never really has wanted to, despite me wanting her to. The worst things she’s done with one of these haircuts is to cut it half of one of my eyebrows. But my eyebrows are so… odd… anyway that it was hard to notice.

I’m really not meaning to create false tension.
I put the question of a vote to the family. The wife doesn’t want to wait for a vote, so she is just going to do it and get it over with.

SWMBO cuts my hair as well, in fact she did so just today–in time for me to go back to work tomorrow. She does a great job, though there was that one time she was using an electric clipper and with the first pass up the back of my head I heard… Oh Crap! Not very reassuring as you can imagine. Yes, she forgot to put on the guard.
The good news is that it all grew back in anyway!
@chienfou @jst1ofknd I just cut my own. The instructions that came with my Wahl clippers are simple enough. I can pretty much do it all by feel out in the yard.

Worst case scenario, just put the longest guard on your clippers and clip everything. Take off the guard and square up the back of the neck.

I vote for shaving it all off. Bald is hard to get wrong or uneven.
