My Virmee watch is 10.5 inches long (with the face included) and the band is 22mm wide. Pretty standard for unisex. I have pretty reasonably sized man-wrists and clasp it on the 3rd notch though the notches on the band it came with are not like most bands in that there are 15 of them quite tightly spaced.
