@xterraguy to put it blunt: Skin on skin feels more pleasant- and certain activities are more pleasant without gagging on hairs being a factor. Hairs also hold on to odor more.
Not saying everyone should shave, everyone should do, or not do, what they want in those regards… but there’s reasons beyond mere vanity and cosmetics.

And medical reasons where it’s just cleaner. Like my friend who had hernia surgery and when he was back from the hospital and able to walk around a bit and he went into the bathroom and said “Hey, they shaved me!” (might not include the balls specifically but same general region).
I don’t do “shaving” or depilation specifically but going from long hair to a crew-cut makes sense in a lot of cases.

This type of vegetation does not help at all to reduce global warming but rather significantly increases local warming and humidity in the equatorial region. There are times when clear cutting the entire landscape and starting over can be beneficial.
I bought this sucker when they listed it a little bit ago on impulse.
It is not good. If you use a spacer to keep from nicking yourself, the effectiveness of the clippers goes to hell. I don’t just mean the length of hair clipped, I mean you can run this sucker back and forth over an area 10 times and there are still long hairs.
Take the spacer off and you can indeed nick yourself.
@mehrrychristmas It is rather unfortunate. I guess it is the nature of the thicker curly hair in that area that it just doesn’t feed through the attachments right or something.
I tried it like 5 different times because I kept telling myself I was doing something wrong.
I will say that it is indeed better than nothing… for whatever that’s worth lol.

@ohhwell thanks for the honest feedback. I was hesitant when I read the Amazon reviews and people said they were getting cut.

Got mine today. It doesn’t work. Tried to charge it with the dock and with a cable directly. Nothing. More trash for the landfill
