Just something for meh. In the future, we would like to see interior shots of these backpacks. It would help us all decide if we want to buy these. That’s because want to put things inside of these backpacks and it’s hard to decide if we can’t without seeing what that looks like.
Sure I can go and search for that on Google but in some cases those pictures actually don’t exist. So help us out.

@Fodder650 YES!!! They have the product in their warehouse. Instead of just pulling what the company provides, if they are inadequate they need to take some shots of their own to help inform.
@dvermilion Although Patagonia ruined the 28L refugio backpack (which is what I am presuming you were referring two due to the zipper on the back) with their upgrades. I have one from the first year it came out which was literally falling apart even after mending a bunch of times. I got a really ace deal on last year’s model with tags where the person didn’t know how to spell patagonia or refugio so didn’t show up in searches - it was a suggested related item. I was the only bidder. The new bag is far less useful and somehow smaller even though the volume is the same. Sigh. I’ll adapt. I’d wager a bet that even the newer one is still far better than what is being sold here. I did go looking for interior photos for this one since my friend who was in the fire needs a back pack and the price is good, but from what I found online it looks like there is a tablet pocket and then just one interior space (based on descriptions, no photo that I could find).
I kinda want a flimsy small lightweight backpack, the last two I bought here were way too sturdy and well made for what I was looking for. They will last forever. Anyone know if this is flimsy and lightweight? I also like the blinding blue one! I’m serious!
@cinoclav $8 shipping, oh well. Meanwhile this Meh pack weighs 1.5 lb (normal backpack, not a super light one) and the Morningsave one has unspecified weight.
@phr They run specials at times with free shipping. Or you can check for a store near you since they have the same sales. I got the 20L for $12 with free shipping back in June.
( glittery-intense-book ) So I went ahead and bit on this since my daughter loves that color blue and for 12 bucks I’m not really worried about the longevity of this backpack.

Meh
Shouldn’t the 2nd panel be “I don’t know. What?” Instead of Why?
@Euniceandrich Yes!
@Euniceandrich Why (did you read that)?
A small avalanche.

@Fodder650 YES!!! Dinosaucers!
@zachdecker Don’t you miss when cartoons existed to sell toys and not only we didn’t care but we had our parents get the toys anyway?
Is the side pocket big enough for a water bottle?
Do these backpacks actually ship with Irk inside them or do we have to pay extra for the non-Irk models?
@shrewsbury You got one of these in an IRK?
I still miss the kilt model…I bought the Thule backpack. It’s excellent.
That font! This is clearly the poor man’s Patagonia.

That cyan is so bright and trendy i almost bought it
Why would anyone voluntarily be under an Avalanche? Big macho men who carry the world on their backs, that who!
At 10” wide, why only a tablet? 10” is wide enough for many laptops…
Aren’t these really sort of over engineered reusable shopping bags?
@rustyh3 I guess if you go to the store on foot instead of by car. And prefer to carry groceries on your back?

@jmrobinett I saw these over on MorningSave -
I don’t have one but they sound/look lightweight and flimsy; no bright blue, though.

That branding is so ugly, why is it all the way across the backpack?
For a few dollars more I recommend the Eddie Bauer packable backpacks. They’re almost always on sale and have different sizes to choose from. For example: https://www.eddiebauer.com/p/82300168/backpacks-and-packs?sp=1&color=Amethyst&size=ONE SIZE

@phr Still no free shipping yet but Eddie Bauer has all their packable bags super cheap today. The 20L is currently $9.99.
OH MY GOD THEY DECAPITATED GLEN WITH A ZIPPER!!!
@shahnm Don’t worry, a few stitches and he’ll be back to normal… well, whatever passes for normal with Glen anyway.
@KevinS10 @shahnm when’s the last time you heard Glenn talk anyway? Or irk. That’s not a replay.

Eh, what the hell. That bright blue one will be easy to spot.

Oh dear. I just did not pick up on how very very small this is. It would be good for a pre-teen, maybe. …sigh…
@getkind I just opened mine and thought the same thing: it’s like a toy backpack. Maybe if I tell my 4-year-old I bought it for him then he’ll use it…
still didn’t get this
