Maaan, I just recently bought one of these from an even less trustworthy brand with ~60% of the capacity for only ~$20 less. Can’t justify this one now, but if I hadn’t made this completely unforeseeable error I’d have been in for one.
A couple reviews seem decent- pure sine is what you’re looking for, and this is a great price point compared to some other “big” brands at this power/capacity point. However for me it falls in the “too big to be super portable, I’ll just bring my power bank and enjoy the outdoors without too many devices” and “too small to run much of what I’d want in a true emergency” range, and so it’s a pass.
Sold out, just a little while ago. I sort of wanted but resisted. As @cainsley says it is too big to be easily portable, yet too small to run appliances and stuff. What you are left with is a super sized laptop charger.
This is cheap because of old battery tech. It also has weak charging protocols. It’s not a bad deal for the specs, but you can find something comparable on sale that’s newer (and from a better brand) by keeping an eye out on deal sites like Slickdeals.

These are going to make for some very heavy IRKs
Dear meh, I would like this. How about I give you $100 for it and promise not to buy the “free” IRK. You’re only out $50 that way. Deal?
I’ll take the same deal as medz!

@Aspirant_Fool yeah, 8 have had a 255 Whr for a while now. Don’t need this but…
I am trying to figure out a reason I need this because that’s a pretty decent price.
I was just looking at this thing over on SideDeal last week. I think this is cheaper than the asking price was at that time, so I’m in.

@cainsley agreed
How long would I be able to run a couple speakers and soundboard off of this? Think dj equipment.
edit: have a 1000w amp, but I think that is output, not input.
@jaybird your 1000 watt amp takes at least 1000 watts input to create that output.
Course you don’t have to crank it.
I ran audio for a Mardi Gras float using a car battery and my 220 watt car amp. It lasted almost the whole parade
Good device for running a CPAP while camping (or during a power outage).
If this had a 12V output port, I might be able to justify it, but it doesn’t. My needs are not typical. No go.
@werehatrack It has two.
@Bahbert Ah. Listed on the expanded specs instead of the main page.
Meh. Probably comes with the adapter as well (such devioces usually do), but I’ll still pass.
I’ve been wanting one of these type of devices for a while now but their cost keeps me away. This is really cheap but still above budget.
This is the only thing so far I would have bought. Sucks to see it out of stock would be great for camping and to replace my 200wHr one

What was the price? I’m still confused why the heck meh wipes any trace of the sale price, on everything! Why??
@doug19 It was $199.99., aka $200.
I don’t know why they do that either, it’s annoying. But you can see them all here:
