Since Forum members are by nature a literate bunch, I imagine many will appreciate National Book Lovers’ Day. Books inform, take us places, and put us inside the minds of fascinating people.

What are some of your favorite books? What are some of your favorite genres? Who are some of your favorite authors? Why?

A favorite short story is Everything That Rises Must Converge, by F O’C.

I don’t have the attention span for much that’s longer.

I love Harlen Coben and his mystery books. I like the the characters that continues throughout them. Unfortunately I’ve read just about every thing by him and I don’t really care for how he had the son take over the myron Bolitar series. I also really like James Patterson bc he’s a fast read.
