@unksol I agree completely. I usually get groceries later in the evening or midday on a weekday. I watch local news on TV though so it’s impossible not to know when the Superbowl is - they talk about football here every single day of the year, no matter whether the team is doing well or totally tanking.

@unksol I always find Superbowl day a nice time to go out shopping at places that are normally crowded.
@Kyeh but I’d still have to know when it is to do that. It just never enters my conscience unless they bring it up early.
I avoid crowds in general cause people are pretty awful. But the last year too. Shop late.
I guess a museum trip or something to Chicago would be a good time to go if they were open and “everyone” was watching the sportsball.
Problem is when the game gets over all those people fleeing the stadium. Be far away from that
