@cinoclav@tinamarie1974 oooops. Just watched the video… Guess you did have surgery after all. Glad you’re better. Mine is still a bit stiff now and then but the pain is at least gone.
@cinoclav@tinamarie1974 actually, I went from recovery in the OR directly to the PT across the street from the hospital! YOW… I do OK unless I do
a lot of squatting such as in the garden etc. Being in the pool helps! So does alcohol…
@cinoclav@tinamarie1974 probably, but I work in the medical field so I avoid going to see a Dr if I possibly can…
Actually, as long as it’s no worse than it is I can live with it. When it gets to the point it affects my level of activity I can deal with it then…
I’m going to have to adopt Irk’s method of deadline management.
@Thumperchick I’m going to implement it…um…soonish…er…later…if I have time.
It’s brilliant! It’s the answer to our rising healthcare costs - just wait it out…until…oh wait, I think the VA already adopted it…
I would like to point out that this video is about 2 years old. So Irk really waited it out!!
@tinamarie1974 How’s the knee?
@therealjrn the knee is solid! It was a traumatic meniscal tear, but it takes more than that to keep me down!
@tinamarie1974 So you say T.I. Namaury
@cinoclav
@cinoclav @tinamarie1974 glad you are better. Hope you were able to avoid going under the knife like I ended up doing when I tore mine.

@chienfou @cinoclav aawwww well at least the pain is gone. Have you tried some PT to help with the rest?

@chienfou @cinoclav well I hope you can avoid additional intervention for a long, long time.
I read the title “Nurse Me to Health” with all the soundtrack and gusto of the song “Bring Me to Life!” (Evanescence)
