I know their customer service didn't. I'm getting broken english "canned" responses now. It's painfully obvious that it's getting outsourced now.
An order from 6/12 of which I still have no tracking number for. Just before 7/4 I was told to wait a few more days. 7/11 I complained again and was told to wait ten more days. Exact same wording just different number of days.
It's just sickening and a complete 180 from what Woot's customer service used to be. I'm officially done with that site.
Sorry to say it but I gave up shopping on Woot a long time ago when Amazon morphed it into something almost unrecognizable to a fan of the original Woot. Not to mention Amazon uses it to sell off overpriced nonuseful junk that nobody wanted on the main Amazon site. I love this place because it's NOT Woot and Amazon can't screw it up.

It's not outsourced. It is however; supplemented by some Amazon CSers and new people. None of the old CS staff are still there.
Huh, hadn't heard about that.... rather unfortunate, but I know how grueling customer support can be.
Outsourced or not it still sucks. They couldn't even be bothered to take the time to actually check into it.

amazing that the two are the same company; their CS dept's are polar opposites. W wont help with hours old defective item that A would NP.

There are quite a few old timers. We have some 15 yr people that started before woot (Synapse) and a lot of 5+ year people as well.

Plus charging for shipping when that junk would ship free from Amazon.
I don't mind shipping charges that much on large items, but when something is $9.99 on there it kind of kills the deal for me.
They try to justify it by shipping everything else you order thatday free, but there are rarely 2 things I want in one day on Woot now.
Edit out the word "A***" when Meh actually uses Amazon as a login option...
