What do you do if you contact support 3 times and you don’t hear back anything for days? I have a problem with my recent purchase, contacted Meh.com support and I have receive 0 response.
I saw in another thread that support has been backlogged lately (they are a small dept) due to people being out. I suspect they will answer you in the order your request was received, so I would continue to be patient.
If you contacted them late on a Friday, on a Saturday or on Sunday, they are not in the office. Mondays they are really slammed.
As @pitamuffin says, they are a very small dept. and right now, for some reason or another, they are really busy. They will get to you as soon as they can.
Sometimes, if you have a question, the forum people can help you, if you can get pass the smart asses.
I guess this is why Meh is called a Mediocre corporation.
In addition to what @pitamuffin said, they are not 24 hours, and do not work weekends. I am sure you will hear soon, they have always been incredible helpful.
@shreedhan, not too much more to add past what some of these folks have said. We’re a super small team and got a little behind last week but are catching up now. I replied to you earlier today, let me know if you didn’t get it.
I’ve had a few issues and on Friday as it has been said they don’t come back to Monday. They have always been very quick at answering my emails, faster than any other company I have delt with. That is why I am still here waiting for the awesome deals that I have gotten here so far. All I can say in closing this post is, I love these guys! Everyone else too!
