Yep - I’ve been enrolled in VMP since the very beginning and placed quite a few orders here… Earlier in May, my credit card was compromised and I had to get a new card - and I forgot to update my Meh account with my new CC info.
I noticed THE SAME DAY that they tried billing my renewal charge and immediately updated my payment information and opened a ticket asking that they re-instate my membership.
The response I received?
"Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
I looked up your account and it shows that the membership renewal charge failed and could not be processed on 05/29/2026. As a result, the membership was canceled.
Unfortunately, when the VMP membership is canceled, you cannot rejoin. You are passed on to our current membership rate.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
Let us know if you have any other questions."
I’ve replied asking that they escalate the issue and consider the fact that I updated my information as soon as the charge was attempted and pointed out that I’ve been a member since the beginning…
I’m also posting here in hopes someone sees this that can make the better call…
Meh, are you willing to lose me as a customer over an extra $3.99 a month?

I just checked and see you asked for your case to be escalated about 10 minutes ago.
Give our cs manager a chance to respond to you when he gets back in tomorrow.
