This thing had an issue with holding w down in a game and it randomly letting go of it (think about losing movement speed in count strike for a whole second) or wasd would sometimes double type or mis a stroke while typing. Company told me to turn it off and on again, had their drivers installed. Happened on 2 different computers.

Yeah, so NOT a “Professional Gaming Keyboard” - unless you are six years old and tend to spill your cheerios onto your keyboard regularly.
