Several years ago, a friend who was job hunting changed the spelling of their first name on Farcebook by replacing an “m” with “rn”. I commented “nice keming”.
@Star2236 It has a fixed number of fonts/words and they’re always the same, so you can get through the list. It gives you a score at the end. I got 90/100 even though I tanked at least one of them with a 30-something.
I got 85/100 overall, with several perfect 100s. The ones that screwed me up most were ones with leading capital letters with space near them for the next lower case character to fit closer under them.
I got 83/100 on the first try, it’s a good exercise for stand-alone titling but (I used to do this for a living! such a living …) mostly it needs to be done in relation to other elements on the page/screen, and I kept imagining images and other graphics the work would need to work with, which probably lowered my score a bit …
@stolicat There were definitely times where I was like “the whole thing needs to be tightened up” and it felt restricting to have to kern everything based only on the outer letters
@EwingKlipspring Post when you want us to vote. There always seems to be a current thread for that that mostly 2 people post their shirts and ask us to vote.

No good at kerning but created this weird stuff when I got the word to show up twice. Below is the progression of my “creation”.
Kinda of addicting. I was up to 8 letter words before I stopped.

@ExtraMedium
I kept getting 100/100 and figured that was why I was moving on to longer words.
I got 89/100, mostly due to screwing it up badly once or twice, and then a bunch of 100s
@dave Same here.
My score was fairly rneh.

I got 90 on my first try, but this is deadly for people with OCD, so I’m out! Lol
Where were all you type nerds when I had entered this shirt in the derby on Woot:

@EwingKlipspring Maybe if you had used a different font…?
