Hey Meh, I will fix your CSS to work with Internet Explorer 8 for free, and all I ask in return is 10% of all sales made from customers using Internet Explorer 8. What say you? It's a win-win.
@Outofmehmind oh contraire, the poor souls still stuck on IE8 are likely sitting in a corporate desk behind a a locked down corporate computer with no other internet options--just yearning to be able to buy crap off Meh--but can't right now.
@phatmass I fired up IE 11( damn you 3 months since I built this PC and I ran IE for the 2nd time, first being when I installed everything ) and it works fine. IE 8 if I remember was pretty horrible. I would say compatibility mode, but not sure what older versions Meh supports.
@Outofmehmind IE11 felt like the first time they were paying attention to the fact that people are decreasingly willing to write their sites, and then write a ton of hacks just so IE could render them properly. It's actually a pretty damn good browser.
@dashcloud there is a reason IE8 is still the second most popular version of IE after IE11. Lots of employees of big companies are still locked down on XP computers.
@dashcloud@phatmass The agency I work for upgraded from XP to 7 last year. 7 either came with or as part of its initial spurt of upgrades, upgraded to IE10. We were promptly sent a mandatory push to downgrade us to IE9 and block updates to IE10. So glad I have local admin rights…
Anyone who uses internet explorer at all is not winning at anything

Will you also pay them money for anything sold that is at a loss?
@phatmass Why are you still using IE 8? Isn't Chrome or Firefox an option?

10% of sales or 10% of profits?
@HELLOALICE both
@HELLOALICE also, I want the baby arm.
Now you're just being greedy.
The real solution is to quit your job. Internet exploder of any version is that bad.
They're fine, they don't need you.
